

Lee Olitzky, Chief Executive Officer
Lee Olitzky is the Chief Executive Officer of HME Inc. HME, under Lee’s direction, is currently managing rental based continuing care retirement communities, nursing facilities and retirement apartment communities. Most recently, HME has been involved in the operation of Native American elder care services. Lee’s professional experience includes being the Associate Executive Director of the Miami Jewish Home and Hospital and Director of the New England Gerontology Center at the University of New Hampshire. Lee is on the board of directors of the Arizona Assisted Living Federation and immediate past chair of the North American Association of Jewish Aging Services. His academic preparation includes a Master’s degree in Social Gerontology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. Lee is a licensed nursing home administrator and licensed real estate agent.
Christine McNamara, Chief Financial Officer
Christine A. McNamara is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Handmaker Management Enterprises, Inc., and is CFO of Handmaker Jewish Services for the Aging (HJSA). Her academic preparation includes a B.S. in Accounting from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. She is licensed as a C.P.A. in the State of Arizona. Mrs. McNamara’s volunteer experience includes service to the Tucson Centers for Women and Children and over eleven years of service to the Sahuaro Girl Scout Council, including six years as Board Chair. She currently serves as the Treasurer of the Board for the United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona.
Concetta Tynan, Senior Nurse Consultant
Concetta Tynan has been in the health care field for 44 years. She is a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, Vice President of Community Properties at Handmaker Jewish Services for the Aging, Manager of Council House Apartments and a Real Estate Broker. She has been a member of many health care boards and committees including the Board of Examiners of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers, Direct Caregivers Association and Arizona Nurses Association.
Rachel Dorf, Director of Human Resources
Rachel Dorf has been in Human Resources in the Health Care Industry for over nine years and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Handmaker Jewish Services for the Aging (approximately 180 fte). Rachel's expertise includes all areas of employee services such as recruitment, benefits, compensation, training and employee relations, bringing an emphasis on staff recognition and retention programs. Rachel earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
